抹茶製造体験（碾茶の仕上げ、抹茶挽き工程）

畑のお茶の木から抹茶になるまでが詳しく分かります。

今では茶業者でもなかなか見ることができない道具を実査に使っていただく大変貴重で珍しい体験です。

まず、写真などご覧頂きながら畑からどのようにして抹茶になるのかを解説します。

次に、昔ながらの方法と道具を用いて碾茶の荒茶から選別、仕上げ、抹茶挽きまでを行っていただきます。

Making Matcha experience (finishing of grinding tea, matcha grinding process)

You can see in detail from the tea tree in the field to matcha.

It is a very valuable and rare experience to use tools that are difficult to see even in tea companies for actual inspection.

First of all, I will explain how to make matcha from the field while looking at the photos.

Next, you will use old-fashioned methods and tools to select, finish, and grind matcha from the rough tea of grinding tea.

１０gの碾茶を宇治篩（うじぶるい）を使って葉を細かく選別します。

次に、ひ出し箕（み）を用いて抹茶になる良い葉と葉脈などに選別します。

選別した碾茶を手挽きの石臼で抹茶にしていただきます。

Using a Uji sieve, finely sort 10g of tencha leaves.
Next, use a sorting basket to separate the good leaves for matcha from leaf veins and other parts.
Grind the sorted tencha into matcha using a hand-operated stone mill.

所要時間約６０分

抹茶の作り方がよくわかります。

挽いていただいたお抹茶はお菓子とともにお召し上がり頂きます。

ご自身で作られたお抹茶の味はまた格別です！

残ったお抹茶はお持ち帰りになることもできます。

挽いたお抹茶を全てお持ち帰るになられるお客様もおられます。

その場合は、こちらで用意した同銘柄のお抹茶とお菓子を召し上がっていただきます。

The matcha you grind will be served with sweets for your enjoyment.

The taste of matcha you prepare yourself is truly exceptional!

Any remaining matcha can be taken home with you.

Some guests choose to take all the ground matcha home.

In that case, you will be served matcha of the same brand and sweets prepared by us.

お茶を触りますので多少汚れてもよい服装でお越しください。

最近、連絡のないキャンセルが多発しており当店といたしましても対策として事前に

体験代をお支払いいただくことといたしました。

クレジットカードにてお支払いください。

お支払い完了確認をもって予約完了とさせていただきます。

We accept reservations for 2 to 8 guests.
